About the Business
In the spring of 2009 Nick had grown disenchanted with his corporate job, disconnected from the results of his labours. A simple philosophy of offering a quality product in quick turnaround with a real emphasis on customer service paid off and within four years The Canvas Printing Company had expanded into three shopping centres. Customers would bring their photographs to one of their shops where they would recommend size and crop dependent on the quality before printing and framing the image within an hour.
Over time and with staff confidence, all design work from creating collages to adding words & logos was included as an additional free service giving the customer better value. Offering a personal customer service with a twist has always been in the company's philosophy, holding the customers hand through the process of creating a canvas or print and with no hidden charges.
